Coaching process - bi-monthly or monthly meetings between coach and client (coachee) during 3 to 12 months. The coachee is expected to do the agreed homework (reading, analysis, exercises) between sessions.
Follow-up with the coachee and sponsor. What did we achieve? Promises/plans for future. Possible extension of the program for another period.
A typical coaching assignment is a 3 to 12 month process with bi-monthly or monthly meetings. Individual coaching sessions are usually 50-60 minutes, for team coaching a half-day off-site meeting is appropriate. Group coaching sessions might vary from 90 minutes to half-day sessions.
